Description: A social get together for members and their carers over a cup of tea or coffee. Free to members or guests.

Carers Get Together at Physio
Date in July 2026: Wednesdays 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th.
Description: An opportunity for Carers to get together for a chat and mutual support with a cup of tea or coffee, while their partner is attending the physio session. Free
Timing: 1 – 4pm

Physiotherapy – In Person Classes

Hydrotherapy

Description: Enjoy a fun exercise session with fellow members in the pool at Bracknell Leisure Centre. Fee £7, payable monthly in advance.

Walking Football
Dates in July 2026: Tuesdays 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th.
Description: Join us for Neuro Walking Football sessions. Enjoy an hour of football practice followed by an hour of socialising and refreshments. It’s a fun way to stay active and to socialise with fellow Parkinson’s and other neuro condition members. Free.

Therapeutic Yoga for Parkinson’s
Dates in July 2026: Mondays 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th Description: For all members and carers. This class provides simple gentle movement and breathwork. Currently free but there will be a fee of £5 from 27th July.
Timing: 3 – 4pm

Physiotherapy – Newly Diagnosed/All members In Person Classes
Dates in July 2026: Mondays 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th.
Description: Led by Rehab Specialist physiotherapist Benny Adeola, the classes use Parkinson’s targeting exercise training regimes based on principles followed by PD Warrior, LSVT BIG, PWR! Moves and others. Fee £5 per session payable monthly in advance. Please see our Exercise Sessions webpage for more information.
Timing: 10.45 – 11.30am higher level (newly diagnosed only), and 12 – 12.45pm intermediate level (all members), with refreshments from 11.30am – 12pm

Parkinson’s Singing Café
Dates in July 2026: Fridays 3rd, 10th, and 17th.
Description: A chance to sing along to songs that everyone remembers, to socialise, and to get moving! Refreshments also available. £11 fee per person per month payable monthly in advance, and no advance booking is required.
Timing: 11 – 12pm
