Neuro Walking Football
The Berks and Bucks Football Association has set up a walking football session aimed at people with neurological issues – including Parkinson’s. It runs every Tuesday from 1.30 – 3.30pm at Bracknell Leisure Centre in Bracknell. The first hour is football practice followed by chat and refreshments. It’s a fun way to stay active and stimulate your mind. Don’t miss out on the excitement!
