Nordic Walking sessions
The Bracknell & District Parkinson’s Branch is pleased to be able to provide a weekly nordic walking class for Branch members and their carers.
The class is held each Thursday at 10.30am at South Hill Park in Bracknell and is aimed at gentle exercise whilst socialising with your colleagues.
Please note that this class is on hold until further notice.
When:
The class is held each Thursday at 10.30am. There is a cost of attendance of £3 per session, which is payable by a monthy payment of £12 in advance to the Branch’s bank account.
